Streptavidin, Alkaline Phosphatase
Description
Alkaline Phosphatase Streptavidin (AP Streptavidin) is produced by our own coupling procedure that preserves the high specific activity of alkaline phosphatase. Using biotinylated primary or secondary intermediates and alkaline phosphatase-conjugated streptavidin, it is suitable for use in solid-phase assays, tissue/cell staining systems, and blotting applications.

- Avidin and streptavidin reagents are powerful tools to detect or purify biotinylated proteins, nucleic acids, and other macromolecules
