Swissci 悬滴结晶板

SWISSCI悬滴结晶板:
Swissci悬滴结晶塞板是一种新型的96孔蛋白质结晶系统,首次可以识别和移除单个孔,而不会干扰板内正在生长的晶体。非常适合纳升结晶筛选和微升优化。专利设计,凸起的宽孔便于操作,Allen钥匙系统可实现平稳拆卸,系统中新颖的封闭塞可直接用于随后的显微镜检查和X衍射。孔呈圆锥形,有透镜效果,便于观察;密封性好:容.积大(储液槽50-200ul,液滴50 nl-5ul) ;符合ANSI/SLAS 1-2004标准。

MRC悬滴板圆形封板膜(MRC Hanging Drop Plate Round Seal) :
SWISSCI悬滴结晶板密封膜由无尘保护涂层和特种聚合物基料组成。可与无尘保护涂层和特种聚合物基料-起使用。
适合标准的2drop或3dropMRC板。该产品具有一层100微米或40微米的UVP特种聚合物薄层,旨在形成紧凑的液滴并具有X射线拍摄能力,而没有任何明显的衍射。密封盖直接位于微孔板结晶试剂孔上方,并用耐长期封闭的粘合剂封闭,该粘合剂经验证不会进入样品,也不会导致密封损坏。在10万级洁净室环境生产,保证无灰尘和划痕。光学质量达到最高水平。UVP封板膜可以在紫外线范围内使用,用户可以在紫外线光源显微镜下从蛋白质晶体中识别盐晶。

Swssci 坐滴结晶板

SWISSCI 2 Lens/3 Lens坐滴结晶板
孔径加宽,便于操作;圆锥形孔,微编号在显微镜下可见,便于观察:高级聚合物具有紫外透射性,可用于区分盐
晶体和蛋白质晶体;密封性好,空间间隔宽,提供足够的空间使胶带很好的密封。结构坚固,不会发生中央弯曲。
长期储存样品也不会蒸发;容量范围广,样品处理量大(储液槽50-100ul,液滴50 nl-5ul),可用机器人进行高通,
量结晶:设计符合ANSI/SLAS 1-2004标准,通用性强,易于自动化操作。Midi 高度为11.7mm; Low Profile高度为7.75mm。

MRC Maxi优化结晶板
适用于大分子结晶的48孔结晶板,符合ANSI/SLAS 1-2004标准,兼容机器人和多通道移液器手动操作,可完全替代LINBRO板。液滴的最大体积10ul,孔间距离9mm,推荐样本量:至多10ul点样,200ul 结晶试剂。

UVXPO封板膜(UVXPO Sealing Sheets )
SWISSCI UVXPO密封膜是50 μm薄膜并带有50 um惰性有机硅粘合剂。光学透明, 几乎没有自发荧光,可与UV兼
容,适合蛋白质结晶和qPCR应用。推荐使用温度为-70°C至+105°C,无DNase-、RNase-和核酸,硅酮胶形成最牢固
的密封,可防止蒸发。

MRC 2 Lens Crystallisation Microplate

The  SWISSCI  MRC  Crystallisation  Plate  is   a breakthrough for protein crystallisation presented in a 96-well plate format.

The plate was developed at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology  (Cambridge,  UK)   in   collaboration   with   Dr.   Jan Löwe. It is the result of many years of experience in successful robotic high-throughput crystallisation and combines many of the necessary features not earlier available to the crystallographer.

The SWISSCI MRC crystallisation  Plate  offers  unique properties that make it ideal for both nanolitre crystallisation screening and mircolitre optimisation alike. Made from optically superior polymer and with a new design of the wells, the plate allows easy crystal viewing and retrieval.

ANSI/SLAS 1-2004 Standard
The plates are designed to the 96-well ANSI/SLAS 1-2004 standards for all common holders andexternal numbering (A-H, 1-12) with corner location make the plate easy to use in a robotic sampler.
The MRC plate is suitable for centrifugation.

The unique 2 drop protein crystallisation plate offers a new way of sitting-drop crystallography.
The 192 wells are optically perfect designed to observe crystals under a microscope.
The wells are doubled, providing an unique security of growing crystals.

MRC plate features

  • Easy to fill 96-well structure – typically 85µl per buffer well.
