Sulfo-Cyanine5.5 NHS ester is an amine reactive activated ester of sulfonated far red Cyanine5.5 fluorophore, an analog of Cy5.5®. This is a reagent of choice for the labeling of antibodies, sensitive proteins, and others which require reactions in purely aqueous environment, or without any significant additions of organic co-solvents.

The dye is well suitable for non-invasive in vivo NIR imaging, and for the applications requiring low fluorescent background.

FAM azide for Click chemistry labeling. FAM remains one of the most popular fluorescent lablels for various application. Most instruments capable of fluorescence detection, ranging from plate readers to fluorescence microscopes, are able to work in FAM channel.

With versatility of Click chemistry and this reagent, it is possible to attach this popular fluorophore to nearly any alkyne bearing molecule.

FAM azide is available both as solid compound, and as 10 mM solution in DMSO ready to use in our recommended labeling protocol. This product is a pure 5-isomer. FAM is a replacement for Alexa Fluor 488, DyLight 488.

Pyrene is a polyaromatic hydrocarbon with strong short-wavelength fluorescence. Unlike other fluorescent dyes, polyaromatic hydrocarbons are fluorescent probes with strong sensitivity to microenvironment. Thus, its fluorescence is different in polar, and nonpolar environments. Other effects can also be observed.

When two pyrenes are in close proximity, they form excimers. Excimer formation can be easily observed, and quantitatively estimated using fluorescent spectra.

Pyrene azide is a reagent for easy pyrene Click Chemistry labeling of any alkyne-bearing molecule. It allows to turn any molecule into pyrene-bearing probe.

This azide contains hydrophilic triethyleneglycol linker to mitigate intrinsic pyrene hydrophobicity, and facilitate attachment to biomolecules in aqueous solutions.

Perylene是一种高亮度的且对公极其稳定的多环芳烃(PAH)类荧光染料,其量子产率接近理想化。
因其很短的荧光期,这种探针没有激发态。
因其较低的溶解度和很少量的活性衍生物,Perylene标记生物分子通常比较困难且不太容易实现。然而,通过点击化学使用这种perylene azide来进行标记就变得和其他染料一样非常容易。使用这种多环芳烃染料标记多肽、DNA、蛋白等从未如此轻松。

Perylene is a bright and extremely photostable fluorescent polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) label with quantum yield approaching quantitative.

Due to low life time of fluorescence, this probe does not form excimers.

Perylene labeling of biomolecules is used to be difficult and tedious because of low solubility of perylene, and low availability of activated derivatives. However, labeling via Click Chemistry with this perylene azide is nearly as easy, as with other dyes. Labeling peptide, DNA, protein with this polyaromatic hydrocarbon has never been so simple yet.

To increase hydrophilicity, and facilitate labeling, this PAH azide contains hydrophilic triethyleneglycol linker.
